This week was different than most of the other weeks. I was expecting to start a new topic right after finishing Bloody Mess but instead we were told to make a poster to display in the corridor. We wanted to finish this for Wednesday afternoon, due of Math Night.
Monday, we spent designing the board and identifying pictures that could go up. We had a total of 12 pieces of sugar paper that we needed to cover in total. We decided that the two in the Middle would go to the title, and the rest of our projects would go around it. While we wanted to finish this quickly it too much longer than we thought it would. Even after two studies and the entirety of Wednesday, we only mostly finished it. I would upload a picture, but I know that at least Richard (who has access to the original) will post it. We still need to finish the Title but we are basically done.
During Math Night, we did an impromptu fundraiser, for Theatre Versus Oppression. While impromptu, we managed to get 160 euros in two hours. Not too shabby.
Friday was our only normal workday. We were introduced to our next unit, Scenography. The design process for the set and reason for design choices. I was sort of aware of this but it turns out that not only colors create certain emotions but also different types of Architecture. I'm interested in why but I don't think we will really study that part of it; I am though looking forward to this topic as it sounds very interesting.
We did so much work this week but I have so little to write about...
